Though spaces are limited for one on one sessions, I welcome with open arms and an open heart anybody is who ready to take their journey into health and wellness to the next level. Regardless of where you are right now, be it flat on your back, just getting back on your feet, or able to run full tilt into the walls that life occasionally throws in front of you, I will meet you where you are at and work with you to get you where you want to be, at your pace, in your own time with respect for your bodies personal needs.

Healing from any chronic illness (any illness) is an exceptionally personal journey, everybody’s ‘body’ is unique. One of the most successful healing practices that I have stumbled upon is to build a healing ‘team’ that includes western mainstream medicine, emotional coaches and support networks and natural health and wellness practitioners. Healing an illness that has plagued an individual for years takes time and a gentle slow approach that is birthed from compassion and first hand personal experience. It means digging deep and taking a close look at every aspect of your life that may be causing you emotional/mental/physical distress and can be an extremely challenging process. I am here to support you through that journey offering open accessibility to my 10 + years of accumulated experience in the healing of self.

for that I imagine is part of why you are here, is it not? You are curious and wish to know who this woman is that writes tales that could be dreams, yet seem, so very real. Old souls returning, past lives remembered and re-lived, the search for the Grail; for many these things are the things of legend. I have asked you before what is reality? I ask now that you be willing to share with us your answer. You see that is what Truth is all about, for all its interesting twists and turns, for all its mysticism and magic, the plain and simple truth is that the search for the Grail is the search for that which will unite humanity. To seek the Grail is to seek understanding of who we are, where we have come from, why we are here and most importantly, where we are going. For those who wonder why these things should matter then perhaps your time to be here has not yet arrived but for those of you who hear the call of the human spirit, in your heart, you know that to move into the future means for us to embrace first what is in our now.

We live in a diverse and complex world where belief is for each individual is personal and unique.Too long have we been fighting one another to prove our own beliefs to be true, too long have we struggled with one another in the endless quest to be right. What is right and what is wrong? Do these things not change depending on one’s perceptions, experiences, and environment? Here I offer an opportunity for all beliefs to come together and share not only their truths but their reasons for believing in those truths. A place where people can safely explore one another’s views without fear of judgement or condemnation. A place where people can come together to learn from and teach each other about their lives and their world. This site is not just about spiritual exploration, it is about the exploration of the soul of humanity through the eyes of the everyday people that when joined together make up the human race. We are one; we, though different, are all the same in that we love, we hurt, we hunger, we feel anger, fear and we often feel that we are alone. I would invite you now to understand you are not, that around the world live others who feel as you do, fear as you do and love as you do... So come, join us here, share your experiences, your insight, your wisdom and your dreams and remember as you go out into the world to further seek out your own personal truth that we are all connected, that we are all in fact one.
